Capital Link Credit Foncier Limited was established on February 29, 1972 with company registration number 0105515001221 (originally number 122/2515). The company is licensed by the Ministry of Finance to operate credit foncier, repurchase and hire purchase business on July 11, 1973 with license number 3 on behalf of Bangkong Sahamitr Enterprise Company Limited.
Later, the company name was changed to Asia Credit Foncier Company Limited on August 7, 1979 and changed again to Capital Link Credit Foncier Limited on December 15, 2014.
Currently, the company has fully paid-up registered capital of 240,000,000 baht.
Since the middle of 2014, the company has resumed its business until now. We can see that the company has changed for the better, both in terms of our financial position and operating results. We became more known to a wider range of customers. We strive to be a strong financial institution with acceptance in the financial market that can meet the needs of our customers and create maximum satisfaction.
The company has a transparent approach when it comes to our business operation, by utilizing the credit foncier business to the maximum capabilities with our years of financial advisory experience, allowing us to understand the true needs of our customers. The company has a dividend payment policy of not more than 50% of net profits. However, the consideration of dividend payment of each year is depends on actual operating results, future business plan, economic conditions and financial environment.
